Your Content (Including Videos, Pictures and Text)

A.     You may submit Videos, Pictures and Text to The Ultimate Bar Crawl Web Site.  You understand that The Ultimate Bar Crawl does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any Content you submit.
B.     You shall be solely responsible for your Videos, Pictures and Texts and the consequences of submitting and publishing your Videos, Pictures and Text on The Ultimate Bar Crawl web site. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the Videos, Pictures and Text; and you license to The Ultimate Bar Crawl all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to such Content for publication on the web site.
C.     For clarity, you retain all of your ownership rights in your Videos, Pictures and Text. However, by submitting them to The Ultimate Bar Crawl, you hereby grant The Ultimate Bar Crawl a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub licenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Videos, Pictures and Text in connection with the web site and The Ultimate Bar Crawl’s (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the web site (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby grant each user of the web site a non-exclusive license to access your Videos, Pictures and Text through the web site, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such Videos, Pictures and Text as permitted through the functionality of the web site. You understand and agree, that The Ultimate Bar Crawl may retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, server copies of your videos that have been removed or deleted. The above licenses granted by you in user comments you submit are perpetual and irrevocable. The Ultimate Bar Crawl may choose not to display your video.
D.     You further agree that Videos, Pictures and Text you submit to the website will not contain third party copyrighted material, or material that is subject to other third party proprietary rights, unless you have permission from the rightful owner of the material or you are otherwise legally entitled to post the material and to grant The Ultimate Bar Crawl all of the license rights granted herein.
E.     The Ultimate Bar Crawl does not endorse any Videos, Pictures or Text submitted to the web site by any user or other licensor, or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and The Ultimate Bar Crawl expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with the content. The Ultimate Bar Crawl does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the web site, and The Ultimate Bar Crawl will remove all Videos, Pictures and Text if properly notified that such content infringes on another's intellectual property rights. The Ultimate Bar Crawl reserves the right to remove Videos, Pictures and Text without prior notice.
F.     The Ultimate Bar Crawl may not post any of the Videos, Pictures and Text that is submitted.
